The docket summary form is designed for recording observations that pertain to an entire session of hearings, or docket. A single docket will likely contain multiple Master Calendar Hearings and multiple Bond Hearings. Use this form to record observations that hold true across an entire docket.
This is the longest version of the Master Calendar Hearing forms. It is four pages long, or two sheets printed double-sided. For many volunteers, this form is too long to complete during a single master calendar hearing. If this form proves to be too long to complete during a single master calendar hearing, consider using one of the shorter master calendar hearing forms (e.g. Master Calendar Hearing (Representation))
This is a shorter version of the Master Calendar Hearing long form. We have removed the section pertaining to advisals and left questions that allow observers to record demographic information, whether an individual is represented in court, what decisions the immigration judge makes, and how the immigration judge treats the person in question.
This form was designed specifically for master calendar hearings on MPP dockets. While most of the forms on this page were designed for court watchers to record information about due process issues, the questions on this form are designed to empower court watchers to record general observations as they relate to the human impact of MPP.
